so i finally decided to get a stack for my truck. I'm gunna go for a single 5" turn out so i don't have to deal with rain. Im going to order all of the parts frim airflo.com but i don't know exactly what parts i should get. All of the inner and outer diameter stuff is confusing me. Also, what kind of clamps do i use to attach the stack to the bed and how do i do it. Sorry for all the ?'s but thank you for all of the answers.

i don't like the way the single kit they sell works, it comes up through the middle and goes over, i don't want that. Also that single kit is pretty spendy, buying the parts is much cheaper

Yup, I got everything separate. Cost me $120.00 in material. we took in over to the side. Turned out great.

ya im aiming for a clean look like that, its very impressive. Im thinking im just going to buy the stack and then take it to a muffler shop and have them do the rest with all the parts. Do you think they could do it and have all the right parts? Ive never been to a muffler shop before.

bending 4" pipe separates the men from the boys..

a few shops can do it, lots can't. A fair amount are geared to bend 2~2.5 inch pipe. safe bet would be to call around. it isn't harder to bend the pipes just takes larger tooling. truck shops should be set up to do it

I bought a 4in down pipe from DI, a 5in stack off of ebay, and six 4in ubolt clamps off of McMaster.com. This weekend i plan on building my own system out of 4in pipe and 4in 90*. Hopefully i can finish it all in 2 days, if so i built a sweet system for under 300$.
