It is fairly straight forward to change.
First, before you get the parts, make sure your clutch fork isn't broken. Remove the slave cylinder by twist and pull from the bell housing (don't drop the push rod in the bell housing!)on the tranny and use something to push on the fork while looking at it the best you can with a flashlight. If it looks okay, then you're good to go on, otherwise you'll have to replace it. Pulling the tranny is required.
You already have the slave cylinder out, so now it's time to work on the master. A little harder.
First thing is to go inside and remove the clutch push rod from the pedal and disconnect the switch from the clutch rod. There is a cover that unsnaps and then the switch assy. can be lifted off the rod. It is spring loaded so caution here, but it should just lift off.
Disconnect the rod from the pedal by removing the black plastic clip (I broke mine).
After the rod is disconnected, open the hood and twist and pull the master from the firewall and remove the reservoir from it's point.
Reinstallation is straightforward from there.
There are sponsor's here (Powerstrokeshop.com) that sell these parts. I don't have the part# handy as I have always just asked for the whole unit at the Ford dealer. You may want to purchase a clutch push rod as getting the old one out of the master is a PIA. It is pushed in and then is retained by a spring clip. It CAN come out, but it is difficult. I am told a new rod is $5. Worth it IMHO. And maybe a new plastic clip that connects the rod to the clutch pedal as it broke when you took it off.
