ok, i have posted on this a few times...so far this is what i have done:

- Ball Joints (all 4)
- Tires
- All Spring & Shackle Bushings (polyurethane)
- Steering Stabalizer
- Alignment
- Balance (3 Different times)

My vibration has reduced considerabley but is still there between 45 and 60 mph. It feels kind of like the front wheels are hopping. Once im @ 65 or above it pretty much smooths out. I dont really have the money to throw at "guess" parts, but would like to have my truck back the way it used to be...any suggestions guys? Ill take anything...

Thanks,
Casey

i dont think those u-joints would cause any vibration in the front if my hubs are unlocked? (Manual Hubs)

The other day when i was putting front spring/shackle bushings in, i had the truck jacked up so I grabbed the wheels and gave it the up and down Ball Joint check (with wheels off ground). The drivers side was tight tight tight, no up and down movement at all. The passanger side however had the ever so slightest movement. Would not be able to see it just looking, but can BARELY feel a small amount (i mean real small, had to do it three times just to make sure it was there... a small clicking). I am thinking about taking it back to the shop that did the ball joints (twice in 4 months due to bad parts and/or install the first time) to see what i can get done, im just tired of being without my truck!

Any other ideas fellas?

I just thought if you had automatic hubs sometimes they like to engage with out you always knowing it your wheel movement could also be bad wheel bearings which could cause a vibration also each time you had your wheels rebalanced were they still in balance or not /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shrug.gif
