does anybody know how to get the stock sterio out, or have a link to say how to do it?

You can get the tool or you can make one out of 2 pieces of coat hanger just like you see in the link above. The little "balls" at the ends of the tool are there to help pull out the radio, when "making" the tool and using it, you just have to pull on the radio cover to pull it out... For only $4 (if that is the price), just get the tool.

I always found that 4 pop rivets worked a little better than a coat hanger. The rivet on the end acts as handle and gives enough grip to press outward on the rivets an pull it right out.

thats what i paid for mine at walmart ! the guys at best buy
didnt have it and THEY told me to walk 'cross the parking lot
and get 'em cheaper anyway !

Just so it isn't misunderstood... When I posted that I wasn't meaning the cost was unbelievable, I just didn't know the cost.

I know, I can't remember how much I paid. Tried the coat hanger thing, when I got my install kit I saw the tool, for that small amount, why mess with the coat hanger.
