Well sometime when I start the truck it idles rough and then it clears up but when I drive it a little ways it starts to miss a little. When I give it gas to clear it out the engine shudderes really, really bad. But if I turn the key off and on again as I'm going down the road it will go away and run perfect.

i wonder if u have debris in your fuel tank that is temporarily blocking the pickup tube.
