I would really like to run a JL W7 sub and they're far too deep to mount behind the rear seat. I was thinking of having a custom sub box built to sit in front of the factory console. (Upward firing sub)Has anyone ever done this or seen it done. I think I could get a single 10 in that spot...If I moved the console back 1-2" I might be a ble to fit a 12. Any input would be a appreciated.

If you have a audio shop do it, it's going to be expensive. There is someone on this site who made one himself and it turned out very nice. Hopefully he will chime in here soon. Why not do something like a Elemental Design 0v.2 or Acsendent Audio Arsenal 10in sub, they are both fairly shallow mounts, sound really good and only cost half as much.
