Recently while on road trips when climbing some hills here in Oregon and am only going 40 to 45 mph. My van has about 300K miles and runs great for the most part. I don't know where to start searching. But this is without any load on the van, I do plan on towing my Airstream soon and need to get this taken care of.

Any suggestions?

I'd start by getting rid of that little miracle worker if it's plumbed into your fuel line.

They are in the tank. But have been there for over 2 years. The power loss has been over the past few months.
