Are these tuners "married" to the ECU that they are installed on? In other words, once the tune is installed in a truck does it have to be uninstalled before the tuner can be used on another truck? Also, if a friend has a Micro Tuner and it is on his '99 F350, if I purchase it will it work on my truck without being sent back to Superchips for a retune?

The tuner removes the stock programing on the PCM and replaces it with its program. In order for the tuner to be used on another truck, the programing has to be returned to stock. The tuner should work fine on your truck once it is unlocked.
