Morning all! A few weeks back I picked up my first Super Duty and Diesel. Scored a cherry low mile (116K) 2003 7.3. She will become a full time dedicated tow rig for the family. I spent the last 4 days totaling 8 hours cutting/polishing and waxing the paint. I think it turned out rather nice!

I've also spent that last few weeks taking inventory of the truck trying to figure out what is what and what has/needs to been done. She has a 4inch turbo back exhaust, Airraid intake and ATS ported turbo housing and F5 with 4 tunes. I need to replace the carrier bearing, shocks and sell the wheels/tires and go down a size (towing reasons) install 6.0 tranny cooler and a set of gauges.

Hope y'all welcome me and in advance thank you all for the wealth of knowledge!

Welcome!

Great to have another Texan aboard! Lots of fine folks here who will be happy to help you out when needed.

Wife & I tow a lot and it sounds like you got a good truck. Just watch your exhaust gas temps carefully when towing.

Thank you sir! Planning on gauges. First tow wont be until December so I have a few days to finish my planned mods.
