Thanks to all who posted about belt replacement on the 6.0. I have 107,000 miles on my '07 and just changed it last night. You definitely need to remove your air cleaner and that goofy clip on shroud over the fan. The easiest way for me was to work from the passenger side and underneath. It took longer to get the air box on and off and tools out than it did to replace the belt. I bet 10 minutes on the belt. Total time start to finish(tools out and put away) was probably 45 minutes max. Anyhow, it isn't bad at all! Just time consuming, FOR A BELT!

There used to be a how to sticky, I don't see it now...

any other tips? my 03 has 134K and the original serpentine belt.... which still looks really good (checked it today)

The tensioner is a little squealy sometimes though.... so I want to replace both...
