the radio just doesn’t turn on the clock isn’t on nothing will get it to turn on. it used to randomly turn on while i was driving then it’ll shut off but now it just never turns on at all. has anyone had this same issue?

Have you checked the fuse yet?

You may have to pull it out and check the connector to see if you are getting power. Remember on the connector you will have two power sources, the key on power and the power for the memory and clock which will always have power.

Is this a factory radio? They tend to develop shorts in them. I would advise checking the fuse then pulling the radio out and test both powers with a test light. My truck was doing the same thing but it has an aftermarket radio installed. I pulled it and whoever installed it just twisted the wires together and didn't use any connectors causing the radio to short out.
