Tie Rods keep going bad.....

I have a 96' PSD Crew long box, 4x4. the truck has 227,000 on it. About a year ago i had a VERY reputable suspension shop replace all ball joints and universals. i just recently put on a new steering box. i bought this rig w/ 186,000. since my ownership, ive put on TWO new sets of tie rods. Just in the last few days, i heard something in my from end. Sure enough, the tie rods are going bad. I grease them with every oil change (3500 miles). i have no clue what to do or where to look. i just put new leafs on the front w/ new poly bushings all around. can anybody please help me?!?!?!

You could try the "bulletproof steering" from Performance Unlimited. Sorry I'm not much more help.
