Can I put 245/75R16 tires on my stock aluminum rims?

Yes, but they're 1.25" shorter than the stock 235-85-16's and will change your 4.10 gearing to something like 4.27
265-75's are real close to stock height and will fit the stock wheel

Thanks Blue, it's a temporary fix until I get the vehicle inspected (inspection rules are tough here in Nova Scotia).
