Torque Converter Not Locking

Was getting code P1744, torque converter clutch performance... Just put in a new converter and code still pops up and TC not locking... Seems as if tranny works fine... Have read that it could be the solenoid or possibly the computer... Complete flush was done and new filter also was installed. The pan was clean as well...no bad shavings, etc....

Just got a call from my diesel guy.... the solenoid was bad. Replaced and said all is well. Hope so!!
