I will be replacing all 4 shocks on my 2005 F 250 4x4.

Could someone please post the appropriate torque values on both the front and rear fasteners for the shocks.

I have ordered all new replacement hardware as well as new Bilsteins.

Thanks in advance for your help.

46 lb/ft all the way around I believe.

Thats for my 2000. Not sure if 2005 would be the same.

You're welcome. I actually have to correct myself. For my 2000 the specs are as follows.

Shock Absorber (front lower) 103 Nm (76 lb/ft)
Shock Absorber (front uper) 103 Nm (76 lb/ft)
Shock Absorber (rear lower) 62 Nm (46 lb/ft)
Shock Absorber (rear uper) 62 Nm (46 lb/ft)

In other words fronts are really tight with a 1/2 in drive ratchet.

Rears are pretty d%^# tight with a 1/2 in drive ratchet.

Correct?
