They probably will NOT do it anymore, as there has been a newer TSB that came out instructing the dealers NOT to replace under warranty for this reason.

tow command brake early 2005
Will the dealership change my integrated tow brake out since I have a late 2004 build date on my 2005? My brake does not work before 10mph and this is becoming a problem. I understand that the brake is now made to work while hooked up to the trailer, even below 10mph. I appreciate your help.
