Your not telling us much other on the truck,4x4 and cab size can change it slightly and so and rear gearing. So a SRW 350 CREW w/3:73 Is 11,900lbs hitch same for a 5er. A SRW 350 Crew w/4:10 is 12,500 hitch and 14,900 5er.
Thanks - that's exactly the info I needed - so for me the 4.10 gears are the best for the weight I would tow. I gather DRW would be a little higher? All the Info I get from the towing sites is centered around the diesel version - not the gas. Thanks again !
DRW will not get you more pulling weight, its actually rated less than above because the truck weighs more, but you do get another 300 or so pounds on payload.
