I have a 2019 F-450. I want too install a leveling kit. But, I am a full-time rv-er. I tow a 42' 5th wheel. Will installing this kit cause problems for me? Do II need to install air bags??

Personally I like air bags because they are adjustable. I am not a fan of just changing the blocks on the springs.
If you do the bags you will need the compressor to go with it. When I got mine I went cheap and didn't get one. Big mistake. We visited 26 places in our first 3 month trip and all the air up and down got old. Not fun to ride around with 60 pounds in the rear when crusing around sight seeing.

I have a 2019 F-450 also. The leveling kits are silly to me. There is a reason the truck sits high when unloaded. You will not need air bags with that 450. I've gone across the scales at 40K for truck, trailer and equipment. The truck rides great and rides level.

Yeah, I thought the 5W was the leveling kit, lol
