I'd like to know this too. Short of, "ask your dealer", who I have proof is brushing me off now that I've made the order.

I also had a dealer "blow me off" after he had my money for a deposit. It was a dealer that was touted on this forum as THE place to order from. I called and asked the general manager for my money back. THEN the sales person started calling all concerned about me and the order. I said to send back my deposit. When I got my deposit I waited a while then ordered from another dealer.

We never had the online tracking websites work for us. Calling dealer worked best, but we didn't always receive accurate information. David

Second above - I could never get the tracking to work. Luckily my salesman was just as excited/frustrated as I was so checked his computer regularly!

I was able to get a window sticker yesterday, though.

Ford Chat can track it for you. There was some info they needed and I don't recall what it was, but I would think once you have a VIN they could track it for you.

I, too, can get a window sticker but get the "A matching vehicle could not be found" message.

Called the dealer and he says the truck was built a week ago. Still can't get information on COTUS. Does anyone have any luck with COTUS?

Do both of these sites only work on US vehicles? I'm trying to find the dealer number on a dealer in Canada to try without the VIN and can't even get that! lol
