Just installed DiPricol trans temp gauge and I am getting no reading at the gauge. Gauge starts at 100. I put the sensor in the pressure test port. I need to ohm it and see what I get...does anyone know what the ohms readings should be?

i have a guage starts at 68 digital but my trans empty no weight in 30 miles right now during winter it takes alot to get it above 100 unless im going 75-85 mph down the interstate otherwise just cruising 65 it hits above 105 after about 50 miles of course this is in south dakota with 0-30 degree weather


thats also with no external cooler and stock trans

Well...in a perfectly predictable outcome the gauge now works. The reason I HATE 15A (electrics)...sometimes stuff just wont work. All I did today is unplug the Molex plug from the back of the gauge to test it once more (did it several times yesterday) and it started working. Still only showed slightly over 100 with combined driving.

yeah without a load or lead foot they stay pretty cool start playin in the mud or snow or pulling then they heat up but soon ill be zf5ed for under 1500 bucks so ill be happy
