I have been searching for info on the site, but I cannot seem to find what I am looking for. I currently have the sensor mounted in the pressure port. I am going to get a deep aluminum pan soon. What is the differential between the pan and the pressure port?

What is the differential between the pan and the pressure port?

It's about +- 5-10 degrees. Sometimes the port will be higher, sometimes the pan will be higher. But they will be close to each other.
