My 2005 has lost the tranny it appears at 91K miles. It had a couple of hard shifts coming off the highway and temp went up to 230...usually never runs over 200 whens it 110 in PHX. 1st, 2nd, and reverse were slipping badly. Limped it home and dropped the pan and found a bunch of metal flakes it in. Pulled the valve body and installed a spare I had and cleaned up everything and put in new fluid. Same issues with slipping just driving it in the neighborhood so it's been parked.
Transmission Rebuild Needed...any good shops in Phoenix Metro Area?

I moved from Phoenix to Tulsa, OK back in 2010,
doubt anything I knew then, is useful today.

I got one quote so far for a complete rebuild to a heavy duty package, that will include the master overhaul kit, we would send the torque converter out for a customer billets build, pump assembly, the updated clutch drums, reman valve body assembly with all off the electronics & a heavy duty towing shift kit, any other needed hard parts and fluids. 3 Year/36K warranty.
