I have been looking for an answer to this for a while now and I have stopped driving the truck just to make sure.

Before the chip, the truck shifted
1 - 2(15mph) - 3(25mph) - TC Lock(30mph) - 4od(35mph)

Now with the chip, the truck shifts
1 - 2(15mph) - 3(25mph) - TC Lock(30mph) - 4od(45mph)

And from 30 to 45 the truck stays at very slowly rising 2000rpms. Before the truck would go from 30 - 35 fairly quick then drop down to 1250 rpms after 35. I don't know if there is a problem, but i'd really like to make sure everything is ok.

That sounds like a good set of shift points to me. The critical part where acceleration is concerned is TC lock and after, and Tony is keeping you in the 1500-2000 range. That seems to be where I get the best acceleration / MPG results.
Tony just bumped up the shift point to keep from lugging the engine in OD.

Thank you! Glad to finally get some feedback. I appreciate that a lot. The truck definetly feels like the TC is locked from 30 all the way to 45 because when you let off the throttle in that mph range the truck slows down quite a bit with help from the engine and when you tap the break it unlocks and the rpm's drop greatly.

Ok good, I was just making sure I wasn't going to screw up the transmission. Not a very cheap thing to take chances with.

Once the mass is moving we have gear efficiency = to a manual with the lockup. Without proper speed it lugs.
