Recently bought a 2006 F-350 4x4 CC automatic. 90,000 miles. Recently I noticed ATF under the truck. It looks to be coming from the adapter/spacer between the transmission and the transfercase. I'm guessing its either the output of the transmission or the input to the t-case. Since they both contain ATF. Transmission seems to be full based on a check when hot. Haven't checked the level in the t-case yet.

Anyone else experience a problem like this? Which seal was it? I'm curious why it would happen with the 2 items bolted together unless a bearing is going bad. Also seems like pretty low miles for such an issue.
