I've checked my truck for level and it's perfect - still it has the appearance (to me) that it is nose high. I know this has to be an optical illusion but it does bug me so I'd like to see about fixing it. I've read and heard that you can replace the rear blocks with those for an F350 and that should raise the rear an inch or so. My question is, how tough a change is this? Nobody ever accused me of being a mechanic but I can do some basic wrench-turning. Also, can you suggest the best place to go for such a kit or is there another option that I don't know about?

Thanks!

It's because the top of the hood is higher than the bed rails. The crease runs level all the way down the side of the truck and I think that draws your eye in. Mine is the same, I just pretend it is an offroad trophy truck. Those sit tail low so it must be cool!

The blocks that are there I believe are welded in place,(Don't know for sure) you could just stack 2" blocks on top of what you got and you would be equal to the F350 4" blocks.

The F250 uses 2" blocks, the F350 uses 4" blocks. They are not welded on so they can easily be replaced.
You will need to get longer u-bolts if you go with the 4" blocks or if you add 2" blocks to your existing ones.
Another option is to put in an add-a-leaf to your springs, you can use the same u-bolts but you will get a little stiffer ride.

I had them same issue. After my lift install I went to pick up my truck and I was NOT happy with the appearance. The level read straight but my eye said saggin A$$. They fixed it by removing my 2'' and replacing it with a 4''.
