In stop and go traffic had foot on brake sounded like motor died then a sudden surge good thing had foot on brake continued to do this until I got going again , truck in shop now ,any help with this prob.this is second time in month for this prob. they don't seem to know what prob. is. Help!Also they put new air cleaner on ,now it whistles very loudly .

That is a new one to me. I have not heard about surging while applying the brakes. Let us know what is found.
