Curious what I should ask for my truck. It is a 2001 F250 lariat crew cab, 4x4, with 316k on it. The OD light has been coming on and the shifting has been rough at times. I took it to the local ford dealership and had them check it out. According to them it needs a tranny, #8 injector, and a few other minor things.


NADA value is 7,250(rough trade) - 12,375(clean retail)


Any input would be appreciated,

Id say Between 7-9k

Ya your trans sounds shot. I doubt #8 needs replacing. It always fails a cct test because of the crap ford cps.
