I was told you shouldn't do it when are wide open throttle, but other than that it was ok. Just to be on the safe side, I always try to switch mine when I am coasting.

It shouldn't matter.

Before I traded my t/s 6 pos chip for my Bullydog my truck didn`t really want any part of the 140 hp setting. It would really load up with fuel and start making all kinds of noise. How does yours act?

None of the off-the-shelf tunes I've run have been all that impressive. Better than stock certainly, a good custom tuned chip makes all the difference in the world. I prefer DP-Tuner, however Tony Wildman, Tadd, etc. all do good work. You could even send the chip back to TS and they'd probably fix ya up with some better programs.

Yeah I really like the bullydog. It worked perfect from day one. I like the way it stiffens up the trans shift. I keep hearing about DP tuner. I guess I need to do some home work on that to. But for the money I got in this Bully dog 328.00 I think I`ll be just fine. If it gives me a prob maybe I`ll up grade.
