I would like to be able to tune my own truck. there is no real ford diesel tech/tuner around here and love to be able to do my stuff myself. i like trying to understand stuff and i know tuning is complex.

is there anything out there i can get my hands on for mor info on how all the system and/or tuning work. i know there are some software you can get to tune you truck yourself like PHP minotaur.

any info, suggestion, recomendation, ..... will be apreciated.

This would probably be your best bet honestly. There is stuff in the works for a 7.3, but it's a while out.

This or pony up the coin to do the full sct pro tuning software...which is $$$$$$$$$$ and kinda clunky to me. No switch on the fly either.

Thanks, i saw that one and i did download it. Look like i can get started for 600$ but before i do that i need to know way more on how thing work.
