So I need help. I took my F450 to my dealer because it was bucking and wasnt even able to pull my trailer. After some time they found this little lead peice that was in exhaust back pressure hose. We believe that this little diamond shapped piece is to control the rate of pressure for the turbos. So that they can spool up and down.
Our problem is that the dealership is saying that it is an aftermarket piece. Thus it is not covered by warranty. Has anybody else seen the peice or know what I am talking about? The truck has only ever been serviced by ford. It was also purchased brand new.
