turbo bark under a load

At the dealer for the same problem.New turbo (updated 05 turbo)and egr and new flash(keeps the egr open longer).Dealer says vanes are sticking.Look up admswelding on this site he had the same problem and that where i got my info from.When i get it back i will let you know.
