Hi there...

Thanks to all the help on this forum, I tackled an egr delete this past week. On startup, everything seems to be running fine...but I see a lot of folks on here mention they have a tough time reconnecting the y-pipe to the turbo and end up with a leak... Being the worry-wart that I am, how do I know if I have a leaking connection there? Just sound/feel? Turbo boost?

a few things,you will smell exhaust in the cab, you may hear a rushing or whooshing sound, it may take longer to build boost or not build enough boost. Also if you cleaned around the turbo you will notice soot building up
