After spending $100 on a new multi function switch as recommended from various members. New switch installed still not working. The flasher relay is replaced $15 and walla, Fixed. The turn signals would work if you fiddeled with them sometimes. The flashers worked correctly.
If you remove your radio it is easier to replace the flasher relay.
