Turn Signals stopped working

Whether I try the left or right turn signals on my 1999 F-350, nothing happens. The brake lights work, the hazards work, and the parking lights work. It seems that with the exception of the turn signals, everything in all four corners work.

Inside the turn signal lever feels crisp in both directions, so I don't think it's the multifunction switch. No signal indicator on the dash and no clicking sounds, although the left and right arrows do illuminate when the hazard lights are turned on.

I checked the fuses in the cab and under the hood. I do not see in my manual a relay listed that would control the signals only.

What should I check next?

I know this was years ago, but it may still help somebody.
I have a 99 f250 super duty. My signals wouldn't work, but hazards and everything else would. I had good continuity from switch to relay and from relay to fuse panel. Had power at 10a fuse 23 under dash. (Far right-second one down) It will only have power when in run. White wire with light blue stripe from fuse panel to relay for signals. Light blue wire(#44) from relay to signal switch. Found that the fuse read good power, but when I'd let off it would lose connection. The fuse socket was loose inside. I could move the fuse and signals would work. I broke a prong off a bad fuse and jammed the fuse up against the loose one and tightened it up. It'll do for now. Pain in the butt to find though. I hope this helps. Not sure if the wiring and fuse details are the same on your truck.
