turn up 92 Dodge (160hp Cummins-very sluggish)

I have heard it is rather simple to do. Its a great truck if you have the time for it to get up to highway speeds. It pulls well it just doesnt gain speed well.

theirs a website that tells you how to turn the pump up. Can't remember where it was though.
