I shipped my F-450 oversees where ULSD is not available. Any ideas on what I can do to get it to work without clogging up the exhaust system.

If there is a Ford dealer where ever you shipped you 450 that sell's the super duty line you should be able to get a DPF delete kit directly from Ford. This is baised on really old 3rd hand information so I would call Ford and see what they say.

Ford is selling these pickups overseas where you cannot get Utra Low Sulfur Diesel, so yeah they have the parts and programing to make them without a DPF.

Ford does kinda of sell an export version non-ULSD version for overseas use. They are in Iraq and Afghanistan for a couple of years now. My understanding is Ford ships them to a third party around NJ who converts and ships them. In essence, Ford doesn't directly produce an ULSD export version, the upfitter does.

On the downside there is reduced engine life and a higher maintence burden due to the low quality fuel that Ford is not responsible for.
