So, oil cooler is OK all temps are normal.

Cap pressure tested OK.


At idle Pressue in Radiator is 17PSI! Throttle forget about it..

Doesn't look good...Heads will have to come off for sure.

I talked to the mechanic, he was the one who actually did the gasket install back when. He said it was checked for straightness.

He thinks it's a cracked head...

I see you are on MA. Who are you using for a technician? They should have checked that when your heads were off the first time. MassDiesel just did mine, and Scott talked me through the process and charges, and checking for cracks wasn't an option, it was mandatory...and the fees to do so were cheap insurance. While the only one head gasket was blown, both heads where cracked...ouch for my wallet! But I won't have to worry about it again...unless I keep my foot in the go-pedal for too long...but thats my problem.

Anyone can tear stuff apart, throw new parts on, and reassemble. Its knowing the details that counts. Scott and his team don't BS you and he doesn't waver on how to solve problems...and it gets fixed right the first time! MassDiesel customer for life!
