Has anyone had trouble with switch 5&6 having no power? Switches are illuminated blue and do not turn amber when on. Power leads under the hood are dead. The fuses in the power module are fine. Switches 1 - 4 are working.

Did you check the 5a fuse in the Upfitter relay box? Fuse F4 can be put into one of two positions. In Position A, auxiliary switch 5 and 6, operate with the ignition in RUN or START. In Position C, auxiliary switch 5 and 6 operate hot at all times. Locate it near the brake master under the hood, check it for the obvious.

Yes the 5 amp fuse on the slide is good.

Is your truck still covered by the 3/36 warranty or do you need to try diagnosing this yourself?

Ok. I am attaching the SVE bulletin for the 2017+ upfitter switches which contains the wiring information you will need. To access the auxiliary switches in the roof console, you need to get your fingers or a trim tool between the console and the headliner and pull down working from the rear forward, release the clips and remove the overhead console. They can be tough and you think it's going to break sometimes. Taking this thread into consideration, I would access the switches and check for battery power at connector C9120 - pin 5. If yes, activate the #5 and #6 switches and verify switched battery voltage output. If you have voltage going in but not out then you have a defective switch assembly. If you have switched voltage going out on pins #7 and #8 then you need to direct your attention to the upfitter relay box. If you have no power at pin #5 then you would also need to direct your attention to the upfitter relay box. Since you report the remaining switches function correctly we can assume the ground circuit at the switches is not suspect. Keep us posted with your progress!
