I’m having problems with the auto hubs on my 2019 super duty, and was wondering if anyone has any information on how much vacuum they require to operate? There seems to be pretty good vac before the vacuum regulator but not much after and none at the hub. If anyone has the actual values I would get a vacuum gauge to check were the problem may be. Any info would be appreciated.

Thanks for everyone’s help!

Your symptoms point to a leak after the regulator. My experience has been that the hub seals are pretty robust and failure is usually a hose pulled off somewhere. I expect you've already done so but check the lines at the hubs for damage or outright disconnection. Hub seals do fail but I like to rule out the cheap stuff first.

I checked for leaks, since it’s both hubs, it would have to be from the regulator to the tee. It’s only a short run but I’ll check it again. Just seems like I’m not getting much after the vacuum regulator. I don’t know if they fail often but since it’s easy to replace and only a few bucks I’ll try a new one.

Maybe I'm missing something - it happens - unless there's check valves in the tee you refer to, a leak anywhere on that side of the regulator will affect both sides.

Yep your right, it would affect both sides no matter where the leak is! Brain cramp!
