As soon as I hit 27 MPH I get a vibration in the truck, as soon as I hit 29 MPH, it goes away......
My first thought is U-joint, but, I really feel like it's in the front of the truck.
I've got manual hubs, and they are unlocked, and front shafts spin freely by hand.

And maybe this is related, maybe not:
I put a 4" MBRP Turbo back exhaust on, and now "sometimes" when turning left, I get a vibration. I've done loops in the parking lot to try and diagnose exactly when it happens, but I can't pinpoint it.
I've heard that some say the bigger exhaust is rubbing, but I swear It did once while at a stop.

I flushed the power-steering fluid, and it still happens.

I've been fooled before on noise coming from the back when I swore it was coming from the front. I would definitely check the rear DS u-joints.

Good luck on tracking it down.

Maybe you could get a volunteer to ride under the truck while you drive to check it out. >:)

You think u-joint for the vibration at speed, or the vibration when turning? Lot's of vibrations to choose from!

Can't say where your issue may be coming from, but I was just saying don't rule out the rear DS. I would definitely say that the rear DS u-joints are a high probability for your higher speed vibration.

Found the problem

Bad front hubs, and bad u-joints along driveshaft.
And rotten brake lines in back, caliper handing up, etc..

$3,600 later...
