Vibration/Chatter on accel

My '00 F-250 with approx. 98k miles on it is chattering/vibrating when accelerating from a stop and turning in either direction. Only does it when turning. Is REALLY bad when I have my gooseneck horse trailer attached. I was told it is the clutches in the rear differential for the LSD. Is there anything that can be done besides replacing the clutches and/or rear end?

Check to make sure you have the limited slip additive in the diff. oil.
It will chatter with out it.
