I replaced the rear leafs with a six leaf pac (HD One Ton) in my 01, 3/4, C.C. The truck also has 4" blocks in the rear. Now when I let the clutch out to go the vehicle vibrates for a few feet and then all is good in all the next gears. Does anyone know the drive shaft angles and or how much the carrier bearing should be dropped in relation to increased height of rear of truck? Thanks

Although I have an auto, it sounds like you have the same problem I had when I lifted my truck 3.5". At take off from a dead stop I had a vibration for 3 or 4 seconds and it smoothed out. Someone on here recommended that I shim the carrier bearing. They had an amount of shim per inch of lift but I can't remember what it was. I shimmed mine 7/8" and no more vibration. I cut 2 pieces of 7/8" key stock about 1" long and drilled a hole and put them between the carrier bearing and the frame. Hopefully this is your problem and nothing major.
