Hello how many places is the Vin# on a 2002 f-350 and where are they ? or is there an Good way to make sure that the truck is what the Vin# is on the dash?

The VIN should also be on the door sticker behind the driver's door. On my supercab, it's actually on the rear door, so if that had been replaced, then it might be gone. It should match the VIN tag visible at the corner of the windshield on the driver's side.

I'm not sure if it is the same on all year models, but the last 8 digits of the VIN for my 2000 can be found on the flat machined area above the oil filter, and on the top left side of the bell housing (automatic trans) and on the top of the transfer case.

There is also a fish stamped into the bottom of "U" bolt plates on both sides of the front axle(4x4).
