voltage ref problems

hey guys i have a problem with my voltage ref marking 2.49 when should mark 5.00 volts. i took pcm to get checked at computer exchange in florida. the outcome of being checked shows 5.00 volts on pcm but 2.49 volts on my genisys scan tool. my truck is a 2002 f-350 7.3 crew cab. the changes that i have were hpop from dieselsite and 38r turbo bellow up-pipes & exaust system. how do i check why i have this problem. thank you for help

your right the scanner was marking 2.49 so i tried friends autoenginuity and it was marking 4.98 thank you for help
