voltage ref problems

hey guys i have a problem with my voltage ref marking 2.49 when should mark 5.00 volts. i took pcm to get checked at computer exchange in florida. the outcome of being checked shows 5.00 volts on pcm but 2.49 volts on my genisys scan tool. my truck is a 2002 f-350 7.3 crew cab. the changes that i have were hpop from dieselsite and 38r turbo bellow up-pipes & exaust system. how do i check why i have this problem. thank you for help

VREF is shared by several sensors. You may have a high resistance sensor causing the drop. Try unplugging the MAP, ICP, CPS, and EBP sensors and see if you can read 5 volts on each plug. See what your scanner reads too. I would assume if the truck is running right, you have 5 volts and the scanner is not reading correct.
