Does anyone know what to jump on are regulators to see if its bad? I can see a arrow on the regulator that says ground here to test but it looks like its pointing to a screw that holds the regulator on /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shrug.gif

Thats right, ground that screw and it will "full Field" the alt bypassing the reg.
