As of yesterday the wait to start light quit coming on all the time. It does come on and Sometimes it comes on after I start, or as I'm driving. It is starting with no problem.

In conjunction, the battery guage in the dash started spiking up and down.....
only occasionally. This started at the same time.

I would check for loose connection on the GP controller. The WTS light is grounded by the controller.... BUT if there is a bare wire on the WTS light wire under the dash it could be shorting out since it is the powered up end. Fuse 17 is the power, for the WTS but also check the connector to the wire at the engine side of the firewall.
