water in fuel light keeps coming on. changed the sensor but still comes on after driving it. 2001 7.3

Have you drained your filter housing into something that you can tell if there is water or not in the fuel? You may of got a load of bad fuel. I once had to drain the housing on about every start up for a couple of weeks to get all the water out of the housing and tank.

yes we did and did not get any water out of it. but will check again. thanks if you can think of any thing else please let me know
