Thinking of going to a water injection kit. The horsepower boost is a plus, but with the increased advertised fuel mileage with going with bigger injectors it may help. I am also considering it for the lowered exhaust gas temps as well......What are your thoughts on the injection kit.

I can't say I'd but a kit solely based on mileage increase. It will take a long time to see the cost savings. That said, AEM makes a nice kit with a 5 gallon tank for diesel pickups. I know several people that are using this kit. I know Innovate sells it, as well as some of the other supporting vendors as well.

If water injection was THAT beneficial isn't it reasonable to assume EVERYONE would be using a kit of that type already??
