Hello,Does anyone know the torque on 1999 7.3 water pump bolts.Also is the clutch fan right or left thread.

I believe it's right hand thread, sorry don't know the torque

Tighten the nine water pump bolts to 15-22 lb/ft. The four bolts on the pulley are 18 lb/ft and the three screws for the thermostat housing are 15-20 lb.ft. Hope this helps.

18 lb-ft. Both the fan pully bolts and waterpump bolts. I understand that there is a mis-print in some older manuals that have caused a lot of twisted off boltheads.... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ooo.gif
